Mr. J.P. Daruka is a pioneer of the Indian Mica Industry, having created the export markets for value added products such as Mica flakes and Mica powder. He was awarded businessman of the year 1973 under MSME for his remarkable contribution towards the trade and economy. His experience and reputation of over 65 years in Europe, America, Japan, China and India adds high goodwill to our company.

Mr. Pawan Daruka has been responsible for Supply Chain, Quality and Operations for over 35 years. His extensive experience allows the company to effectively procure, process and supply the quality as per the customers specification. On account of his strong hold on the mica supply chain, the company has maintained a satisfied client base ensuring consistency in quality and timely deliveries.

Mr. Peeyush Daruka is responsible for Global Business Development. Previously, he has worked as a Management Consultant with multinationals companies across the globe for over 5 years. Peeyush has completed his MBA in Entrepreneurship from University of Nottingham, UK (2012), Masters in Foreign Trade from University of Pune and B.COM from Symbiosis College of Arts and Commerce, Pune.

Mr. Prateek Daruka is responsible for Sales and Marketing. He is also monitoring the Compliance Management System and CSR activities of the company. Prateek has completed MSc. in Business Management from Singapore Management University (2018), Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing from SIBM-Pune, and BBA from Amity School of Business, Delhi-NCR.
